Return Window

7 days from delivery
You can raise a return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging intact
  • Proof of purchase (order ID) required

NOT Eligible

  • Worn, washed, or damaged products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Socks, undergarments, accessories
  • Customized or bulk corporate orders

Exchange Process

  2. Mention Order ID and reason for exchange
  3. If approved, we'll arrange return pickup
  4. New item dispatched after inspection

Refund Process

  • Refund to original payment method
  • 5-7 business days after product verification
  • COD orders: bank transfer or UPI

Pickup & Shipping

  • Free pickup for damaged/defective items
  • Other cases: customer ships to return address
