Our stock availability may vary. While we strive to maintain accurate stock levels on our website, occasional discrepancies can occur. In such cases, we will fulfill available products and inform you about any out-of-stock items.

Shipping Costs:

We do not charge any shipping fees. All orders come with free shipping.

Delivery Terms:

Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.
International shipping is currently not available.

Dispatch Time:

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours (Mon-Fri). Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be dispatched within 48 hours.
You can update your delivery address before dispatch by contacting our customer service.

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt for products that are unused, in their original condition, and resalable.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refunds for returned items are provided directly to your bank account within 7 days. If there is a government holiday or the bank is closed due to unforeseen reasons, the refund process may take additional time.

Out of Stock Items:

Out-of-stock items will be refunded, and the rest of the order will be dispatched as scheduled.

Tracking Notifications:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor its progress.

Damaged Parcels:

If a parcel arrives damaged, you may refuse to accept it, or contact our customer support team for assistance.

Sales Tax:

All displayed prices include applicable sales tax.

Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Please refer to our refund policy for orders that have already been shipped.
